We offer integrated delivery systems available through a vast array of health plans. We use provider selection standards, utilization management, and quality assessment techniques to complement negotiated fee reductions as a strategy for long-term cost savings. PPO benefit plans allow individuals freedom of choice of providers but are given financial incentives to use the HFN network.

AUTO/ID
HFN's Auto/ID product is designed to offer savings to Casualty and Disability Insurers. A notice on the EOB and ID card is all that is required to qualify for this plan.

PLATINUM
We are addressing the changing needs of employers and their employees through our Platinum Program. Platinum offers a much more cost efficient, scaled down network designed specifically to reduce the cost of healthcare. This plan is available for HSAs, HRAs or any of the consumer plans.

MEDICARE SELECT
The goal of this product is to provide seniors with the ability of choosing a healthcare plan that best suits their needs relative to benefit design, premium, and provider access. This product offers a portfolio of alternative Medicare products ensuring that as financial and healthcare needs of their enrollees change over time, there will be a choice of appropriate products available.

LONG TERM CARE
HFN has partnered with several Insurance Carriers to offer Long Term Care products. More and more people are requiring long term care at some point in their lives. Conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease, Parkinson's Disease, Emphysema, Arthritis, Cancer, Heart Disease, Strokes, Diabetes, Senile Dementia, and Depression may require residence in a nursing home for part of their lives. Due to the high costs associated with nursing home residence, many people needing this type of care will quickly spend their savings, as Medicare does not completely cover these costs. HFN's Long Term Care Coverage can help to prepare for the future with an affordable and comprehensive solution to the dilemmas faced by an aging population.
